Delivery nightmare. Horrendous customer service! Found 2 sofas with a 1 wk delivery date. 1st delivery-was told they couldn’t get thru the door. I said the backs come off & 6 months earlier we fit a huge sectional through the same door. We snowplowed by the double doors, but we had to wait another 5 days & I have no idea what furniture was on that truck. 2nd delivery-now 2 weeks later & they took sofas out of boxes & backs off, BUT had 2 different sofas (1 taupe faux leather & 1 white fabric)! Waited another 5 days tor correct sofa, BUT delibered the same incorrect sofa!! In the meantime I spoke to many people totally unwilling to do anything to get my 2nd sofa , either that same day or the next day, saying it would be another 5 days wait. I ended up with only 1 person that tried to actually do something with/no luck. After looking a reviews many say do not buy from this company unless picking up. Still no 2nd sofa 3 weeks in.

We ordered this sofa in the store and was told it did not come in fabric. We returned home went online and saw the sofa was available in fabric. We returned to the store had to cancel the purchase and reordered the sofa and love seat in fabric, causing us to lose the 36 mo financing. We were told to call customer service the next day to get the financing corrected. We called cancelled and reordered a THIRD time! Prior to delivery, we received 2 email and 3 text messages CONFIRMING delivery. My husband and I took time off work for the delivery. The truck arrived and the furniture was not on the truck. Driver advised us to call customer service! They were unable to locate the furniture and arranged delivery for 1 WEEK LATER! After being on the phone with customer service for 58 minutes and not being able to talk to a manager, they hung up on us. When furniture was delivered there was a rip in the furniture. We now have a THIRD day set up for delivery to exchange the damaged sofa!

Lots of good features. Adjustable head rests and foot extension were the icing on the cake.

I purchased this reclining sofa for my parents new apartment at a senior living facility. The convenient features like cup holders and chargers were appealing. I wanted them to be comfortable in their reclining sofa. The very first day my father sat down and reclined he LOVED it. BUT the recliner would not return to closed position. I called Macy’s immediately and scheduled a return. It was a huge disappointment and a major inconvenience. I cannot recommend this sofa.
