No authenticity card

This is my first time purchasing sunglasses from a third party through Macys. So I am unsure if this is normal. However, be warned the authenticity card is blank. I contacted chat who helped initiate an exchange. The replacement has a blank card as well. When I questioned them again they were unable to help me.
