Vert bad quality. The gold rings for the strap broke within 3 months on both sides. Now I am unable to use it

Faulty hardware construction!!

Expensive Tote, but handle gold hardware broke apart after two weeks in more than one side while in use. Very stiff construction & didn't maintain shape. Would not purchase Guess again if other Totes were same.

Nice bag

Love the bag, but the strap broke the very first day I wore it. Thank God, I was able to use a key ring to fix the strap. They should sell the bag with extra rings for the straps or use better material.
