Push Button

I am now having to order my fifth unit. This last one lasted about 18 months. Somebody needs to fix the design of the spring push button. Three of my 4 previous units have broken with no way to fix. The unit itself works great but you can't get the coffee out safely. Come on Hamilton Beach you can do better. It is a great coffee system otherwise or I would not keep ordering new ones. Oh, maybe that's what you intended all along.

Not Hot

The delivery process took so long. I wanted just to cancel. then I finally got it but for some reason it doesn't make the coffee hot. it's flavorless. I always get this type of coffee maker. they don't last too long. maybe 2-3 years the most. I love that I can program it and it doesn't have the glass carafe to avoid burning the coffee. But I wish they lasted more than that!!!!

Needs tweaked

We absolutely love this coffee maker. We have bought it 4 times. The major drawback, for us, is design. The push button tends to break and we have to pour the coffee from the container or buy a new one. This design really needs updated so it doesn't break. The same thing has happened on every one we have owned.
