Box it came in

If this was shipped by the manufacturer it was not put in another box so you could not tell what it was. The box was delivered to my front porch and the box showed in big letters Hamilton Beach toaster, you could actually see what it was from the street. Someone could have picked this up off of my porch. So far, the toaster is working fine.

Excellent Toaster!

Crazy Short Cord

Two flaws with this toaster - the electrical cord is ridiculously short. If you can't place it right next to an outlet, you're out of luck. The second, the crumb tray is on the rear of the toaster. It's difficult, if not impossible, to empty without unplugging the whole thing. Aside from that, it's a toaster, it toasts.

Looks great but does not toast well

Have had this for a couple of months and while it looks great and has simple features, even on the highest setting, which is a 7, it barely toasts any kind of bread or bagel I've tried to toast. If I could explain it, the 7 toasts like what one would expect from a 1-2 setting. Donating this one to the thrift store and going back to my old Cuisinart 2-slice toaster.

New to me but seems great!
