Shipping Quality

The item was shipped in its own packaging and thankfully appears to be ok because the package was partially opened and was not secure at all. Another item from the same order arrived a day prior and had the opposite shipping treatment. It was overly protected. A little quality control is needed in shipping.

Clever design, great features!

I love the silicone covered beaters, the clever self storage keeping all the accessories together and the trigger release for the beaters. I bake weekly for my church and will be baking specialty items for the farmer's market, and this mixer is a real step-up from my old hand mixer.
