poor design for power cord placement

I wanted to like this mixer, but the "swivel" cord does not swivel out of the way when you tip the mixer up to stand it on it's end. The cord is in the way, making the mixer topple over. I am surprised this design passed through their quality standards. I would not recommend this handmixer. :(

My son bought this for me to replace my previous Hamilton Beach mixer that wore out after using it frequently for 12 years. I love the that it is lightweight but still powerful.

Broken mixer

The mixer was broken. There was even a note in the side that said it was broken, which I didn’t notice. Why put a product out for sale when you know it was already broken. I had to go back and return it. Very disappointed

Damaged packaging

Packaging was damaged with a big hole in it when it arrived. One of the dough beaters was missing. Otherwise satisfied with the mixer.

I still have not received it. The website said it would arrive within 3 - 5 business days, but it has been a week and the tracking for delivery shows it will be another week before delivery.
