Love them

The first box arrived with broken plates box was also squashed at the top so I knew it was a disaster and sure enough. I called and had a replacement sent the box was intact and the plates are beautiful

Dissatisfied customer broken items

When I opened the box there were 2 broken salad plates, 1 broken cereal bowl and 1 broken smaller bowl. I did not return it to the store because it was too heavy for me and I had no one to carry it. The product itself I love it

Haven Soft Square Dinnerware Set

Very nice dishes; they have a nice weight to them making them feel sturdy; they are holding up in the dishwasher. I love the shape of the plates; up-to-date look. These dishes do not fit in my cabinet like my old round plates; they take up a little more room, so I had to find a bit more room in another cabinet. All in all, I really like them.

Plates have a rise in the middle.

This set is a service for 8. Five of the plates have a rise in the middle; It is very noticeable. Two of the large bowls have a rough edge. Not sure if I can return because the packing material is all torn. I would not be able to fit this set back into the boxes. I like the set, but I would like the plates and two bowls to be replaced if possible.
