Still waiting for the bed

Order the 3 piece set and the headboard was damaged on delivery so we refused and customer service said they would order another bed but they never did. So had to speak with customer service based in US to finally get things straighten out. Hopefully will get bed in the next 2 weeks. Macy's did send a loaner bed but that was damaged too but at least we have something. Always ask for customer service in the US as that is your right to do and they must transfer you. I would say overall more than 3 months waiting for the bed.

The bed that never arrived

Do not expect to receive the bed. I ordered it in June 1 and it never arrived. I was told after 10 days of purchase that will arrive September 10 and today I was notified after calling (not having the decency to callme) that it will be October 10. WOW!!!

online only shoppers, Macy’s, not a great buy

Quality good. But once my bed-frame arrived. I did not like how it looked. Macy’s online return policy is a rip off as an online mainly shopper. I would expect a similar return policy as Costco. Will never shop online from Macy’s. I am very unsatisfied with the return policy.

Very Nice furniture

Very nice furniture which is NOT made in China. Easy to assemble although the delivery team performed that function easily. Fits decor nicely
