Sharp!

thought there were various designs, and ofcourse, anyone can get confused, i went for this one, and it is good! Sharp like anything, ginger/ carrot - getting sliced really well

Excellent all-purpose chef knife

This knife was sent to us as an unconditional warranty replacement for a chef knife we had used for years (which finally broke after extensive use). The first knife was excellent, and this replacement knife is just as good. We are absolutely sold on the Henckels brand and their customer commitment!

Nice knife for home chefs
