Inexpensive but solid

Inexpensive knife that is a great compliment to the 3 piece starter set. Not a knife that will last forever but a great starter for a set you plan to upgrade over time

JA Henckels 5 inch Santoku knife

Blade is nice and sharp and does the job. It's a little small though...smaller than my other 5 inch santoku.
