Very poor quality

This item was a real disappointment. I am shocked that Macy’s is carrying such junk in their inventory. I will not be shopping at Macy’s again. The return was complicated, lengthy, and then the item was sent back to me. I then got an email from Macy saying they were going to remove my refund from my account if I did not return the items. I’m done with Macy’s.

It was disappointing to get the lovely 3 piece bath set with a noticeable difference in color due to die lot. Each piece was labeled the same (grey), but they were not the same color.

Pretty but not thick and absorbent!

Beautiful bath rugs! I bought online. If I had bought at store, I would have passed. As pretty as they are, they’re not absorbent or very thick. If you’re looking for economical and thick and fluffy, keep looking.
