Missing critical part

Works but beware technical issues.

So far I'm not very impressed with this product. I am a very heavy sleeper and had bought this in hopes it would wake me. Unfortunately, it has not. I don't blame that on the Wakeband, and is not the reason for the two star review. It does offer a range of vibration strengths and rhythms that I do think would work for most people. My two issues are that the app regularly deletes my set alarms, so it doesn't go off every day and I'm finding myself checking it every night and hoping the alarms will go off. Secondly, regardless of how long I charge it the app always shows 20 percent which means I have no idea what the actual battery percentage is so I just charge it constantly in hopes it will stay charged. Again, when it works it should wake most people up but those technical issues are a real pain.

Quiet and comfortable

Writing this review because the "ask a question" button does not work. I would like to know what the colored lights mean on the wakeband. There is a red, blue and green light. What do they mean? My band still has the red light on even though it's been charging for three days. Is there a way to know it's charged fully without using the app?

Glad to find this wake band that helps me to get up while my toddler is still sleeping because it won't make any noise but vibrates only. The durability can last longer, setting up the alarm on its own app is very easy, it's a lightweight band that even looks nice on my wrist and it's adjustable.
