Lost Merchandise

The merchandise hasn’t arrived yet. The Post Office said the package was forwarded to a different address due to incorrect shipping information. They didn’t give the other address. If this isn’t resolved soon I’ll be asking for a refund.

Need better improvement and train your employee

I went to customer service to make a special order and the customer service lady start typing asking me for the correct size and I told her I need size 36 and the size front of her it was 34. She never changed the size and she ended up sending me the same Product by mail week after.
