Nice looking fridge but does not get cold

It’s an attractive looking fridge but does not get cold enough all. I have it less than 50% loaded with soda and beer cans and they are never as cold as what I would expect. I’ve turned it to max setting (5) and it simply refuses to get cold enough. The fridge is indoors and the ambient temp in my house is 73 degrees.
