Worst Macy's Experience EVER!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Macy's or any other department store for that matter! I ordered a suit for my husband, the order was confirmed, and when it arrived there were no suit pants with it. I immediately contacted Customer Service and, after a VERY long wait to speak with someone, I was told that the pants were "out of stock." I also sent an email to Customer Service; the response said that I could not return the suit jacket and get a refund b/c Macy's received an email from the delivery service that the suit was delivered! How ridiculous that your employee would send a paid for suit without the pants, and then to be told I couldn't return that unfulfilled order.!

Nice Fit, Nice Sale Price

The IZOD suit pants fit me well right off the rack with no alteration needed. The material doesn't wrinkle easily, and is a moderate weight for most types of weather. With the jacket, the pants make a nice moderately priced suit.
