Personalized Flip 7
Unfortunately the speaker has a very unpleasant odor, perhaps from the personalized printing. Have not used it due to the odor, have had to leave it in the garage hoping that it will dissipate. So far not yet. I appreciate the option of personalization, however the odor is just not tolerable. I would return it if possible for just a standard model.

Bought this about a month ago and so far it’s been good! It’s small so will be easy to travel with and didn’t take up too much counter space. It’s easy to connect via Bluetooth and has better than decent sound!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some steps that may fix the charging issue. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Use a different charging cable, power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
