Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune 770NC. You may try troubleshooting your headphones by resetting them. Turn on the headphones, press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons for more than 5 seconds until the headphones turn off and reboot to factory defaults, then you may need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings before pairing again, and in the JBL Headphones app you can choose ANC to block noise, Ambient Aware to hear your surroundings, TalkThru for quick conversations, and VoiceAware to adjust how much of your own voice you hear during calls, and if you need more help, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Huge Upgrade from JBL 510BT Headphones

I bought these headphones to replace my JBL Tune 510BT because they have active noise cancelling and i didnt need something more expensive which was a good middleground between quality of sound and comfort. They feel very comfy on my ears, not actually touching my ears at all. Even without ANC on, they already block out more noise. I’m really impressed between the 3 sound modes: ANC, Ambient and Talk Thru. As a mature student, I am now able to keep my headphones on with Talk Thru to listen to tutors and friends & with the click of a button or the app i can switch to block out noise with ambient or total quietness with ANC. I also appreciate the battery life, including the fact that a 5-10 min top up charge can help me last another 3hrs. Very impressive. The item was very well packaged and came with lots of handy instructions. I have now been a JBL user since 2017 and wouldn’t think for 2 seconds about switching to JBL if i hadn’t used it before. Great brand! 5 stars all round
