Ignore the price - don’t buy
I wish I was kidding when I say it’s one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. they’re skimping on covering earbuds…. I left another review and the quality somehow has deteriorated more since then (mission, I thought impossible?). Do NOT buy. I would rather have short wired earphones where only one works compared to this madness. Honestly a health thing, how do you not cover something that goes inside your ear. Soooo disappointed to be such a polarized user. I used to love this brand

Great with some flaws
I'm quite surprised with the audio quality for such small driver though they haven't got the thump of the JBL wave flex and other earbuds with bigger drivers. They fit really nicely into my ears with the customisable tips though I wish they had a symbol or colour to match them easier. The microphones are very good and clear and crisp as the listing says but the anc isn't top notch and struggles to cut out noises on public transport but is able to effectively mute talking. Most 4 out of 5 product ever!

Not so active noise cancelling
I bought these a week ago. Basic headphones for the price, but active noise cancelling... There is none. The only difference between ambient aware and talk through modes is that the microphone no longer lets sound through. I have the JBL Reflect MiniNc headphones and their noise cancelling is from a completely different planet. So if you value active noise cancelling headphones, stay away from these.

Fit and features not as expected
I bought these several weeks ago and I've had so many issues with them. There is no lid to the case, which means I can't as easily throw it in my bag, it has to stay upright mostly. This also feels unhygienic - much more dust and dirt can get into the case, and onto the buds. Also, the ear buds do not sit well in my ears, I've tried all the sizes. If I start talking or singing while wearing them, they immediately pop out of my ears. Adjusting how they sit in my ears is also difficult, because of the touch commands. I'll go to push an earbud more securely in my ear and wind up turning off noise cancelling or pausing the song I'm playing. I've been pretty unhappy with this purchase so far. Mechanically, they work fine.

These are my third pair. I am highly satisfied with these. I love the design of the charger. I can fit it into any pouch. No custom case needed. I have never had the buds fall out of its charger. I missed placed my first pair and accidentally washed one of my earbuds in my second pair. While doing laundry. It still works but the charge wasn't reliable when I purchased my 3rd pair. Now its three days later and my 3rd pair just arrived and my 2nd pair are almost to 100%. I still don't regret getting this 2 gen vibe buds. Ps these vibe buds fit in all Bath and Body works hand sanitizer 👝 pouches. So many cute💗 options.

Good but sometimes fall out of ears
I really like the earbuds overall, great sound and are comfortable. However I do have some issues with them staying in my ears, not sure if it’s due to the size or the weight but sometimes they fall out when I lean forward. They hold charge well though so you don’t have to charge them too often.

Disappointing
Audio is decent quality, but the construction of the base and earbuds themselves is abysmal. The charging case has no lid, which means the earbuds can fall out at any given opportunity. Dropping the case is basically a guarantee that the earbuds will fall out (and likely end up in some difficult-to-reach area). I've had a few instances of these earbuds simply falling out on their own as well. I don't understand the logic behind this construction, as again, the earbuds are much more prone to falling out and getting lost somewhere. This is not the only issue with quality; the hard plastic on the left earbud is already coming apart after only a few months. I do not use these earbuds that frequently, and even if I did, it's very disappointing to have your earbuds break so quickly. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of these earbuds, especially because I've been very happy with JBL's sound quality. I just wish the sound and construction were on the same level of quality. If you want JBL earbuds, get a pair that has a lid on the charging case.
