Too narrow in the toe for 11M size

I was excited to get these shoes and the matching belt. Unfortunately I had to return them because they were too narrow in the toe. Strange because size 11M is all I've ever worn in J&M shoes. Will stick to only buying in the store so I can try them on before buying to ensure proper fit.

***Best dress shoe EVER!***

Most comfortable pair of dress shoes I’ve ever owned. They also helped my heel pain. I will not buy any other brand now. I got these in another color as well!!

shoe size is different

I love the shoe and the brown pair I have fits perfectly. Ordered the same shoe, same size in blue and it's about a 1/2 size larger.

Front is too sharp and pointed.

The pictures don't show how pointy the front is, which makes the shoe uncomfortable. If you tried one in the store, it's unlikely that you'd buy it, hence the big online campaign.
