They sent me used and damaged shoes
I ordered these shoes from a local Macy’s location and was excited to get them after seeing them at the store. They didn’t have my size but assured me they could quickly ship me a new pair. When they arrived, I opened the shipping box to find no cap on the shoe box, the shoes unlaced, the stuffing in the shoes pulled out and crumpled up under the shoes, scuff marks all over the leather, obvious scratch marks on the sides of the shoes, and damages stitching along the bottom of the shoe. I was excited to receive these shoes, and it was so disappointing to spend good money on what’s supposed to be a new product yet to receive obviously used and damaged goods. Needless to say, I will be returning them and buying them directly from the manufacturer. Buyer beware!!!!

These boots are not real leather. The product description says they are real leather but now that they are delivered they are clearly not genuine leather. No where in the shoe does it state Geniune Leather. Only says made in China and you can tell by the feeling and texture they are not real. Will be returning.
I assume shoe is nice
USPS still hasn’t delivered package. Please use a different shipper. 16days awaiting at facility in my own town.
