Good quality as expected

Easy to hold, & alot easier to clean than a traditional Mandoline Using the pincher tools makes it safer but just have to get the positioning right Some things easier to grip than others Ideal for potatoes & salads etc carrots courgettes Closes so blade not exposed & fits in cupboard or draw no bigger than a cheese grater

Just Okay

The mandoline is sharp, the finger guard is OK but the thickest slice option is way too thin

Sturdy but not good to

Sturdy but not good to clean. No screws to enable sharpening . Not good for my softer cheeses. Good for harder veg and better than my last mandoline.
