I'm shocked!! item is used!!

Good heavens!! This item looked nice to house my cleaning needs on kitchen sink rim. since I don't have a dishwasher, I'll go all out to purchase a great quality product. this came in a best-up box, in a used plastic baggie, scratched, dented and detergent stained!! this was not cheap , either!! I'm sorry I'm shocked from my MACY*S!! Recommended, but not a used return!

Good not Great!

This piece is beautiful in the kitchen however I realize the part where to put the sponge don’t have the support piece that can hold the water when it drain. Therefore I end up putting it close on the edge of the sink so the leaking doesn’t spread on the counter. That’s a flawed for me!
