Kangol hat

I'm very disappointed it's not the hat I haven't even opened the package....my intentions are to return the hat ....I had been looking for a women's beret hat I received a man's hat Now I have to return I tried canceling but I did the next day the customer service reps said it was cancelled....they contacted the manufacturer but they never responded so they processed the hat and sent it to me. I called Macy's three times about this I'm completely done
