Broken plates, bubbles on back of plates

We ordered two sets and one box had a few broken plates. The package does not seem to be enough to prevent breakage which I had seen on other reviews. Also, the back of every place has two or three “bubbles” in the finish that I am worried could expand or chip further. The plates and color are really pretty, but the bubbles I have also seen on other reviews. Will attempt to get better replacements
