Pretty Dress but HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The dress I received was an xsmall. I went into a macys location to get the error rectified I was not only assisted with a negative demeanor and attitude but was told that my reordered dress would get here when it got here they couldn’t offer express shipping or provide additional help. Both assistants gave me attitude and made the experience much more problematic that it already had been due to the size error.

Cute little dress

I bought this for my granddaughter for her Valentine's dance. She absolutely loved it. I ordered the xxs because Emma is so tiny. She normally wears a 12 slim in little girls clothes because she's so tiny and she's 13. This dress for her PERFECTLY like it had been altered to fit her tiny frame. She was so confident in wearing it.
