Excellent sales person

It didn't fit.. Its too tight and zipper around the collar is too tight when you’re button the collar also, I’m returning the code to Macys in Willowbrook a minute. We get a clear day to come up there. I will try to get another car coat wool as the sales person was Super in helping me. She went out of her way to go to the stockroom and keep bringing coats out cause there were none on the floor. As a matter of fact, I gave a super review for her to her manager as I was leaving she treated me with the upmost First class citizen treatment. I will definitely go back to Macys and try to get another car coat that fits and I’ll see Rhumana again.

Worst shipping experience ever

Misleading advertising, as the coat was published to be delivered within 2-3 business days, after placing the order it turns into 3-6 business days, now and because of using the cheapest shipping category, the item will be delivered in 2 weeks from the purchasing date…and when you call the customer service they go like we can do nothing about it
