Poor customer service

I’ve had to contact customer service twice with no resolve. I haven’t received my coat yet, with an expected delivery date of 11/09/2025. When I contacted customer service on 11/10/2025 they said my expected delivery date was 11/04/2025. Luxury Lane said that they would reship and use the same tracking number. The tracking shows that it was delivered on 11/14/2025, which is not true. The second time I contacted customer service they said they would refund my money, but to wait for a response from the company. I received an email from Luxury Lane telling me that my item had been delivered and to check with other household members and my neighbors. I did both, and still haven’t received my item. At this point I feel like I’ve lost my money and I won’t be ordering again. This cost is too expensive to sit and argue with customer service over and over again, when what I really need is a winter coat for my growing bump.
