Nice style BUT horrible made!!!!!!

Nice style BUT not put together right, it’s tight on the back shoulders, big and baggy on the front chest (doesn’t match the size chart) tight on the waist. Not a trench coat, but more like a winter coat thick and heavy material. Very disappointing.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX

The coat has not been worn yet. There is a discrepancy on the invoice. After 3 attempts i reached a human on the phone. She tells me to pay the bill and it will be reviewed in MAYBE 60 days. Customer service departments with whom i have worked would resolve this in days if not hours. As i have often said "A customer service S--- Show can ruin any brand - no matter how first class."

Horrible customer service

Macys sent my coat to the wrong address. I was on hold for 38 minutes waiting for an unavailable supervisor. The agent said do you want a call back? No one ever called. I have not heard from Macys and I don't have my coat!

Buttons too tight

Too hard to Open the coat. The buttons are too tight and it is very difficult to open!

Stylish Raincoat

Very stylish, everyday raincoat. Heavy enough material that when buttoned up keeps you warm. Raincoat hits right above the knee for added protection and added style. Hood is a bit oversized.

Pink Trench

lovely coat, it's longer than I expected more of a three quarter length than a shorter length. Not a true pink.
