Perfect for women

I had an older generation of this luggage and thought this one would be the same from the picture, but it is not. Kipling improved it by putting a soft frame on both sides. The older generation had no frame, requiring me to pack in cubes. Otherwise the luggage would tilt over. I am so glad that Kipling finally put some frame while keeping the luggage very light. I bought this one because it is the lightest large-size piece I could find on the market and made from a reputable company. I own many Kippling pieces for the past 20 years. Also, I bought this piece due to the wheel design. They are well protected by a hard case and will not fall off easily. If you want a light, durable piece of luggage, get this one. By the way, 29” includes the handle and the wheels. The actual luggage is about 27”. It is very light and easy for women to carry around.

expensive but not good.

Item its not worth the money, its ripped and they wont accept returns due to "time" and there is no way to communicate with any customer service.

Photos are deceiving

Not what I expected! This is not a structured bag. It collapses and not as big as I thought it would be. I like Kipling but this bag was a no for me.
