Web form doesn't allow correct shipping address

Wrong item

I order this backpack but Macys send me a wallet! I don’t know how they messed up it’s two different things. Be careful when you order something. I can’t write a review about my order because I received the wrong item, I didn’t receive my backpack which was exited to take it on my first day of returning to school.

Said delivery date is 3/8 and today is 3/11. Still not arrived yet and no updates on the tracking info. Will update review once I get the package.

beautiful bag

I can't believe how nice this backpack is! The bag looks even better than the pictures. The fabric is of higher quality than the typical Kipling bags as it has smooth texture. The zippers work great!

Perfect bag for Moms

I bought this bag as my other one broke that inhad for 2 years. It's my everyday mom bag and i even used it as my travel backpack when i went to San Diego. It has a lot of pockets and it's very lightweight.
