Struggling Backpack

The backpack is nice to look at, but it is a struggle to zip close. Zipper seems to stick when closing without being stuck on excess material fabric.

Help needed

I have not gotten the item , tracking said it was delivered but it wasn’t, i did not see any package dropped off on my door , can anyone help me with this issue ? I’m not sure where the courier delivered the item I bought from Macy….im a valued customer
