Kitchenaide stand mixer

No doubt these are great mixers but I wouldn't buy one from Macy's online! I bought one and it was defective and the whole unit head knocked up and down when mixing. Returned it! They were fast with the replacement. The second came without the knob that holds the nose plate where the attachments connect. Macy's wouldn't replace the machine because it would have been the second return/replace. So, I had to return and hope they refund me! No Macy's online shopping for me. Hope you have better luck

Its a Kitchenaid. Replacing my mother's 1970's olive green one. Hopefully this lasts as long. Her attachments work on this one. Love the dusty pink color. Blends into my gray kitchen will still having slight color. Bulky heavy not easily stored but I knew that.

Poorly made

My fiancé bought me this for Christmas. I have used it twice and the bowl has a huge crack going across the bottom. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and do not recommend it to anyone.

There's nothing better than a Kitchen Aid.

Thank you for honoring the warranty on my stand mixer. The NEW replacement mixer is wonderful, it doesn't sound like a cement mixer!! The exchange was easy and painless. I just forgot how HEAVY the mixer was. Thank you again, Carol Jones

Cracked shell

Got this product for Christmas 2025 and the shell cracked and leaked fluid on the countertop and mixer. Third or fourth time using it. Major disappointment.
