Lovely Rug

The rug size is perfect for our entry. The flower color is more rust than red, but it still works with our colors. I purchased a rug pad separately that makes it very comfortable.

Ordered two rugs. Bothe came the same size. You need to exchange one for the 3.3x 4.11 and send me a postage voucher.

Poor quality

Poor quality, the rug does not lay down flat and it’s not worth the money. You can buy it better one from Costco

Looks defective and dirty!

Purchased online and laid it out in my living room. It looks dark and, depending on which way the nap lays, it looks dirty! This immediately went back. Unfortunately, you cannot return it to the store. I had to start a return on my app and take it to my local UPS store which was relatively easy but a two person job as the rug is heavy. I ordered a different one hoping for better results. It arrives today. Stay tuned...
