Products are fine. BUT the packaging from the shipping experience is DISGUSTING! Packages were soooo dirty I didn't want them in my house! Had my sweat pants filthy. And I was sure if the packages had human excrement OR dog feces on them.🤢

Item received looked used/returned item

I received a used/returned item not a new item. I wasn’t expecting this at all. Why would you send me something that had been used or returned by someone? I’m not a happy camper and want to return it if possible for a replacement or refund. I’m not sure if this is a final sale or not but will be contacting Macy’s for an explanation! I cannot recommend this item because I got somebody’s’ leftovers!

missing a piece

It’s advertised as a 4 pc comforter set, but it only came with one pillow sham, not 2, that makes it only 3 pcs. Comforter 1, pillow sham 1, and decorative pillow 1. But the product is very good.
