Ordered on nov 26 still no shoes

This is just ridiculous buying a gift for Christmas way ahead of time, being on November 26 and vendors are still backed up ? Today is Jan 2nd and yes Macy gave me the option to back out or wait but if I said no, I want my money back then I loose the Black Friday deal and if I say yes, like I did I’m still waiting this long to get my slides that was a gift for my son, who I don’t see but once a year . I’m so disappointed that Macy would sell me shoes at a good sale and not have the product to send. I will not shop Black Friday deals ever again,with Macys. With so many options to take my business other places.

Hopeful

The slides that was ordered since November 28, 2025 seem like it wont make it for Christmas. I am deeply saddened, for this is what my teenage son was waiting on. The slides stayed on back order until 12/17/25 when the slides may not be shipped because of their new policy 😒. I choose to wait because its a Christmas gift but my heart is truly broken that this didn't make it for Christmas morning 💔.
