EXCELLENT GIFT

The gift is excellent. But I was disappointed that there was NO extra samples enclosed with my order, such as perfume samples. I ordered my Lancome on line to have it delivered to my home. In the past I would also receive free samples in my package from other products along with my Lancome order. Does Macy*s no longer include free samples??

Génifique ultimate serum

Génifique is amazing. I have a small blemish on my nose which made me concerned and look out Génifique has rendered it unseen! The blemish is gone!! I am so happy. Génifique ultimate serum is worth every penny! Thank you Lancome for making such great products. Sincerely grateful

BAD DELIVERY DRIVER

Never received the order. It was delivered to a wrong address. Received a text saying package was delivered......it was no where to be found. I wonder if the driver can be contacted to see where it was delivered.
