Great Eyeliner

Absolutely the best blue eyeliner I have ever bought. I wore it for longer than 12 hours and it stayed the same since I applied it. I should also add that I live in AZ and the weather is hot. The color is awesome. I probably will try the color green next time.

Great waterproof liner

I love how waterproof this liner is. I have watery eyes in general so need something that is very waterproof unless I want to reapply all day. This liner also stayed on despite some crying haha!

Not waterproof

Unfortunately I barely got out the door before my eyeliner disappeared from the top of my eye lids into the crease of my eyes. Very disappointed and can not use it.

Still The Best!

I started using Artliner about 20 years ago. I’ve tried many other eyeliners in between because the brown color is usually not available in the store. I ordered it online this time and it is still the very best eyeliner I have ever tried!
