Hello Can't use Thank you for sharing your experience with Long Time Shine Loose Setting Powder. We recommend gently tapping the container with the lid on, to "Prime" the powder. This will gently loosen it for use. We recommend using our Full Face Brush Number 5 for best results. We hope this information was helpful and that you can use this product with great success!
