Run small, loose strings

Shoes are cute , but they do come small, I am a size 7 , sized up to 8 and they are (exact) fit no extra room, hoping wearing will loosen them up a bit , I didn’t like all the loose strings around the shoe , still keeping shoe because they very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe, but runs small. Normally, I am a size 7. I ordered an 8 and it fits perfect. Seems to be European sizing, even though it says, Usa sizing.
