Unusable due to mis-labeling

Mis-sized or mis-labeled. All of my Land’s End belts are of a certain size. Ordered the same size for this belt & it didn’t even go around my waist. Promptly returned it (through a very easy process) & received a merchandise credit. Now I’m not sure whether to order the same size again & risk getting another too-small belt or order another one in a larger size in hopes of it being the right size. While the belt itself is just what I expected, I lost confidence after receiving a clearly mis-labeled belt.

Quality BUT large.

Quality product, color is good, runs very large. Wish we'd purchased 2 sizes smaller. Had to punch holes in the leather to make it smaller.

Comfortable and stylish belt.

I order this belt to be part of a uniform for an event I am taking part in. When the belt arrived, I learned it is different on each side, and thus more versatile.

Too small and I have to return the item, get a credit, and repurchase. I don’t like this policy, probably won’t be able to get the item when my credit is processed. I hope I can get my money back if this is the case???

Brown not as pictured

Brown is not as pictured. It is a very dark reddish brown. A different belt is photographed here. Would return if it weren’t such a pain.
