Tacky, oily feel and look

I love my powder makeup but my face is looking somewhat dry. I asked for a light moisturizer that would sink in and feel dry to the touch, I also wanted some sun protection. I was directed to this product. It is quite heavy and doesn’t entirely work into the skin making my face look like I’ve put on Vaseline petroleum. Putting powder blush on top of it makes the blush clump and blotch. Too expensive to let sit in the drawer. It’s going back.
