Easy to use. Easy prep and clean up

Perfect size for a single desert but also for snacks and dinner portions. The thing that sold me was how easy it was to bake a few servings of banana bread and my kid asking for 18 more for their classmates. Made it at the same time I baked a traditional loaf in a cast iron pan and this came out much better. Clean up was easy as well. Now I just need to come up with enough for the class. I’m thinking multiple colors for a bit of fun.

Le Creuset is the best Cast Iron non stick. I’ve tried many and seasoned them many times. Le Creuset is by far the best.

Heavy

I really didn’t use it much and it’s bit too heavy. A long handle is on the way too. I would rather get a real cast iron without any coating like this. Instead of this one I went with enameled 3.5 cast iron braiser with a lid and it’s much better use. Way much easier to clean and used for so many variety meals than this one. This one had to go back.
