What it should be

Exactly what my kid needs who is struggling getting started with the alphabet but great at drawing. Some parts of the program are a bit impatient and frustrating, but overall it's exactly what it should be plus maybe a bit more.

poor packaging

I am not sure why they would pack this in a bag instead of a box to protect it. It came with small scratches, the box is severely damaged and this was a Christmas gift. now I’m thinking do I waste time sending it back or just keep it.
