Disappointed

I really wanted to like this couch. Really. Overall it, it does feel comfortable. But, maybe just a little TOO comfortable? As in, you SINK in, when you sit. It feels like a mattress that is saggy. Once your seated, you can't really move around, as you've sunk in. And the headrests are very, very poorly designed. They are not tall enough. The seam for the headrest should've been lower, and the headrest should've had MORE padding. It's a shame, but this couch is going back. Avoid.

Seat and frame will fail over time

While it is a beautiful recliner and is very comfortable it did not last but a few years. The seat cushion has crushed over time and the rocker frame squeaks and has broken. The leather has maintained it's color and quality. The warranty fortunately has covered a replacement. It was scheduled for repair but after 2 1/2 months of waiting without any status update I finally got them to agree to an exchange. Customer service was great. Handled very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this recliner as it is one of the best on the market. The warranty is important to protect your investment.

Beyond happy

I purchased another brand from a specialty sofa store. They used to make a quality sofa, but not this time! I had to fight to get my money back. I went to Macy’s and took a chance on the Leonadro. BEST SOFA EVER! I’ve had it for 2 or 3 years. It looks and feels brand new! Quiet, smooth motor, beautiful leather and the color is perfect! If you’re on the fence don’t be. This sofa is quality! I went back and purchased its little sister….the single recliner.

Very comfortable recliner overall

This recliner is very comfortable overall, but the leg length is shorter than it could be. I am not tall, and I wish it was longer when it is in the fully reclined position. But this seems to be a problem with almost every recliner. Very nice and firm leather of high quality. It is a very well-made chair, and it comes in many different colors. I ordered mine and it took almost four months to arrive. The dual motors are quiet and quick at the same time. Happy with this purchase so far after a few months.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We’ve had our sectional for a year now and several cushions are starting to sag and the back support on one of the pieces is failing. It sinks in and not comfortable anymore. I submitted a warranty claim and was denied immediately. It’s just my husband and me who use this sectional so it doesn’t get much wear and tear. For the price we paid we expected better quality and customer service. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this sectional.

Cushion stuffed with cheap materials

When I saw this sofa online, it matched the exact thing I have been looking for. I've always bought my furniture from Macy's and they never disappoint. I received the sofa and love seat, they looked just as pictured online. The quality of the leather is excellent. The cushion looked great and provided so much comfort. That however did not last for long, after less than 2 weeks, the cushions deflated and flattened. This shocked me because my last sofas lasted for 11years. Customer service was contacted and after their inspection of the furniture I was told told they looked according to the manufacturer design. We're only able to continue to use the sofas with the help of some external puff because the furniture has features that allows you to recline/elevate the back rest. These set of sofas will definitely not last as long as our last one.
