Sizing off

I ordered my usual size but the shoe runs wide & long. I returned then.

No arch support

They’re comfortable enough I guess, but there seems to be zero arch support, which is the only reason I bought the shoe.

Nice shoe , I wear a 91/2 medium and it’s a little snug but will give a little I hope as a 10 is too big.
