Very Disappointed in the product appearance

I ordered a beautiful halter top with a large blue flower on an off white background with some green leaves on the front. What arrived was a mess of green with a weird large flower with dark ticking on it top center, almost no white/off white. I bought it for a special occasion where blue was important. I cannot wear this shirt. I am returning. If you know you are getting what is in the photo that I attached, you might be very happy with the product, but I wanted the top in the marketing photo.

not at all like pic

The pattern of the shirt was completely different in the photograph. In the picture, the shirt is mostly white with a blue flower. In person, it was very multicolored green with a lot of patterns. It is not what I expected so I will be returning.
