Size not right

Unfortunately I return the dress the size was so weird very small from bottom and to big from top

Very disappointing

This is not really a dress — it’s hip-length. I planned to wear it as a blouse, but the proportions make that impossible. If it’s meant for tall women, it’s far too short; if for petite women, the sleeves are extremely long. I like oversized styles, but this piece is very disproportionate. It was hard to put on and zip up. The fabric is nice, but the fit is disappointing. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 130 lbs, usually size M fits perfectly; but this item is too loose in the bust (bra visible) and too tight in the hips to pull down fully. Sending it back

Disappointing
