I ordered this lovely bed On September 12 and on September 13th I received a confirmation email. On the eve of November 10th, I received a phone call from Macy’s communicating that the bed would arrive in the morning. Next on the 11th of November I received a call from Macy’s saying that they could not deliver the bed because it was damaged. I asked where it was damaged, I was passed on to someone else who started to talk to me in Spanish! I told the person talking I didn’t understand what they saying so she gave me back the original speaker. Again I asked about the damage and they couldn’t tell me. So that was the end of our conversation no apology or how to make it right.

This bed is beautiful, I bought it for my daughter's room, and it made such a beautiful addition to it. Quality of the bed is great, material is well made, and really good quality. It is soft, but sturdy. It took us about 40 minutes to put it together, comes with all the necessary tools.

The bed is really nice and I like how different it is from your typical beds. I was torn on the color because I’m not usually a brown family go to Person and I usually go with grays for the most part. But I was excited to try something new.

This is a beautifully stunning looking bed. It is currently back ordered but I cannot wait to receive it. It has a unique style, color, and material. Although unique, it’s got a versatile look and I think it will look great in any bedroom. It’s fairly low to the ground, for easy on and off.

I ordered this bed for my mother's room but ultimately had to put it in my son's room and it still works! It's really well made, seems like it can last for years to come, and even the fabric is durable. I was worried about the white quickly becoming gray in a teenager's room but it's been about a month and so far it looks as good as the day it arrived. I love that the bed doesn't have individual legs and is flush to the floor so it doesn't sway or squeak when kids or dogs run into it. This also helps a lot with the dust factor in the room as there isn't a whole inch of dust gathered under there every few months. This was my first furniture purchase from Macy's and the delivery service was better than expected! The crew was gentle with the furniture and cleaned up after themselves well.

Macys is Horrible!
I ordered this for guests coming. When I ordered it showed a delivery date of March. I even paid extra white glove. WELL it's not schedule to be at warehouse until 3 days before my guests arrive so might not have a bed! Thanks Macys for the horrible service!!
