A carry on must

Super light weight, large handle, and meets all the carry on requirements for my airlines! I also love the locking feature however I did have to look up the instructions on how to unlock it for the first time. I love the organized inside with the pockets. Overall i love it and it makes traveling so easy

So glad I finally upgraded

I’ve been meaning to replace my worn out carry on for a LONG time. It has remained my “go to” small luggage piece, because of the size and durable hard shell. However, there were so many issues that I ignored. It was simply too small, especially when I packed my laptop. The wheels were also a problem. Because they don’t rotate, it always felt like I was fighting against it. Over time, it felt like I was dragging it around. Once I made the switch to the M&A carry on, I really noticed a difference for the better. It’s larger, which I immediately appreciated. Even with my computer, there is plenty of room for items for a two to three day trip. Though bigger overall, it is light, in my opinion. The wheels are both secure and spin 360 degrees, so it’s very easy to navigate. If I could improve anything, I would prefer if the retractable handle was a bit studier. It still works fine, but a little extra support would be helpful. I like how wide it is. Overall, I’m very happy with this new addition to my luggage collection and plan on using it often

Beware!

The button to raise and lower the handle broke after about about 100 presses or four trips. After opening up the mechanism, the button is made of plastic and not suitable for heavy use. The 10 year warranty is a scam because it requires the owner to pay for sending and returning the item to and from the factory.

Not Sturdy

I do not recommend. it’s nice and sleek but very thin. Cracked at the top. It’s a complete waste of money.
